«Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores Monterrey, Campus Estado de México» (conocido también como Tec CEM) es uno de los campus del «Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores Monterrey». Se encuentra en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, en el Estado de México. Cuenta con alrededor de 10,000 estudiantes entre preparatoria, universidad y posgrado. Por el número de estudiantes es el segundo campus más grande del sistema ITESM (sólo detrás del Campus Monterrey que tiene 20,000 estudiantes).
El campus se ha distinguido desde sus inicios por ofrecer una mejor calidad educativa a sus alumnos, también por multiplicar los servicios que ofrecen a través de un servicio social que realizan los alumnos. Ambos esfuerzos han sido reconocidos por instituciones nacionales e internacionales. Entre los reconocimientos más destacados están:
El gobierno mexicano, a través de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social reconoce que aquellas empresas que se distinguen por extender a su comunidad mayores beneficios. El plantel ha obtenido el reconocimiento en los años 2004, 2005, 2006 y 2007.

The Institute of Mexicans Abroad (IME) is a decentralized organ of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the scope of the Chancellor’s Office that, since April 16, 2003, attends to the initiatives and community needs of Mexicans living and working outside our country.
Promote strategies, integrate programs, collect proposals and recommendations from the communities, their members, their organizations and consultative bodies, tending to strengthen their links with their country of origin and to foster their integration in the societies in which they reside and interact.
To be a bridge of understanding from which to articulate a shared agenda that through the association of initiatives and long-term work programs, contribute to the improvement and integration of Mexican communities abroad and to strengthen their cultural identity and pride in being Mexicans.
The objective of the Institute of Mexicans Abroad (IME) is to promote strategies, integrate programs, collect proposals and recommendations from the communities, their members, their organizations and consultative bodies, aimed at raising the standard of living of Mexican communities abroad, as well as to execute the guidelines issued by the National Council for Mexican Communities Abroad.
